Albert Bichot : Chablis 1er cru "Les Vaucopins" Dom. Long-Depaquit 2023

It’s described by the winemaker as a premier cru-plus, and this rather full-bodied, ripe and focused wine shows brilliant peach, crisp apple and Bosc pear flavors accented by light apricots, butter and toast. 15% was fermented and aged in barrels, adding to the rounded texture and lingering finish. Will show more minerality with age. Drink or hold.
