A strapping young red, full of black cherry and blackberry fruit, with iron and earth flavors. Shows plenty of grip to the dense tannins and a flourish of new oak on the spicy finish. Best from 2021 through 2035. 1,000 cases made, 150 cases imported.

Pungent herby aromas on the nose. Ripe black fruit and bitter cherry with a tart palate and raw tannin. Has an overall impression of underripeness. (RH)
