Fine bouquet, subtle tobacco, licorice over red wild berries; light on the palate, non-overbearing tannins, delicate fruit, fresh, red-fruited, saline finish. Enjoy young.

Blackcurrant leaf, cumin, clove, violet. Round, fleshy and ripe with a softly sweet core. This is calm and gentle, not shouting at all, but no overt wood or too much tension. Does what a second wine needs to do, this is going to be pleasurable. Roses, cherries, raspberries, creamy and a touch of vanilla with a soft chew to the expression. Fresh and cool with a liquorice spicy bite on the finish. A yield of 39.8hl/ha. 3.20pH.

Black cherry and floral aromatics open this easy-to-like, fresh, charming wine with its open character and soft, fruity finish. This will be perfect for near-term drinking while waiting for the Grand Vin to develop. Drink from 2027-2037. 89-91 pts

Warm floral scents (camellia), forest-fruit aromas and creamy notes of dark chocolate make up a rich, sumptuous, fleshy bouquet. After a powdery attack, very iris-root in style, comes fresh, radiant, succulent fruit. The acidity is well in place, yet knows how to stay in its place. A successful second wine.

Chalky, fragrant, floral, well defined and drawn out, sappy acidities and maintains estate signature finesse. Harvest 26 September to 8 October. 3.53 pH. 35% new oak, 40hl/h yield.

Dark, vivid color. Moderately intense nose with ripe fruit aromas. A hint of toast. The palate is immediately flavorful, with a lovely taste, body, and tannins that will soften with ageing. A cru that remains as enjoyable as ever. Blend: 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot. Alcohol content: 12.91% - pH: 3.53.
