The bouquet opens with dominant Chardonnay notes, showing a register of proper maturity, with a hint of oak. It makes itself felt and brings a measured oxidative touch. On the palate, it is quite true to the vintage, a wine driven more by tension than volume; the profile is fairly fresh but not particularly expansive.
