Very dry and flavorful with cherries, strawberries and pomegranate. Some flintiness. It’s full and intense with electric acidity and a sense of tannins underneath. This is a rosé Champagne to go with food. Drink now.

Pale salmon-orange color. Bright aromas of blood orange, earth and chalky minerality. Then dry and brisk on the palate, with the earthy nuance carrying through. Offers good intensity and length but only modest complexity.

Medium salmon-pink with orange highlights and a fine mousse. A hint of nectarines and red forest berries, cassis and mineral spice, with some blood oranges and white flowers too.
