2010 Moulis from Bordeaux.
The 2010 Chasse-Spleen displays a garnet-tinted dark, bright and limpid colour. This Moulis is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The nose gives off fresh rose notes followed by cherry, graphite and slightly vanilla-flavoured sappy aromas. The structure is silky around a wrapping, strong and fine grain. The cherry and blackberry aromas persist in this Moulis.
