Exceptionally mineral, profound, cool, lime, green apple; juicy palate, delicate fruit, lively acidity, salted preserved lemon on the finish. Can age.

Honeysuckle, lemon wax, pomelo, and white flowers are easy to spot in the nose, and on the crisp, bright palate packed with citrus and pineapple, leaving you with a fresh, refreshing finish. This will be ready to drink on release, but you can also age it for a decade or longer if you wish. The wine blends 96% Sauvignon Blanc with 4% Sauvignon Gris. Drink from 2025-2035.

Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of white peach, a hint of gooseberries, nuances of grapefruit zest. Juicy, elegant, white tropical fruit, fine acidity, mineral, lime on the finish; a lively, balanced food wine with some finesse.

Lime blossom, pink grapefruit, apricot and citrus; less austere than in recent vintages, this has attractive weight across the palate. 25% new oak and the rest in neutral oak between one and two years, 18% in tank.

Score: 88–90. Nose still marked by light oak, yet you can sense white-fleshed fruits, citron, and more honeyed notes beginning to emerge (elderflower). The palate is defined by the acidity of lime and kumquat.

It catches the eye with its beautiful golden-yellow hue. The current oak integration provides generous volume as well as a lovely bitterness. With its zesty structure and notes of lemon, it reveals all the typicity of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. While the finish is still a little short, one can already tell it will be among the white wines built for ageing.
