Concentrated and rich, with the slightest hint of heavier resin aromatics, and a powerful punch of burnt orange, turmeric and saffron. Intense, luxurious, with a welcome grip of citrus purée that asserts itself as the wine stretches across the palate. Suggest serving with something contrasting such as sliced apricots or salty oysters. Harvest from September 16 to November 1. François Amirault winemaker.

Golden-yellow color. A pure, delicate nose of peach skin, oak moss, and citrus. Always fresh, almost like candied lemon. Pure and beautiful. What captivates here is the delicacy of the mouthfeel, its complex fruity nuances, and its concentrated yet airy presence. The wine ultimately melts on the palate and releases elegant notes on the finish of flowers, candied pineapple, honey, and rum baba. Impossible to spit out. A wine that shows personality and typicity.
