Full bottle 1,251 g. Certified organic, certified sustainable (B-Corp). 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Glossy dark fruit encircled by spicy, urbane tannins. There's a richness here but it's not opulent. It's disciplined and fresh. Blueberry and coffee cream, flecks of vanilla pod and sweet cigar, long ink-powder lines drawing contours into the fruit. A modern classic. You could drink this relatively early to relish in the sappy deliciousness of fresh fruit, but it will give pleasure for years to come. (TC)
