Subtle reduction, white peach, herbal spice, citrus fruits, wet pebble; the palate shows a certain opulence without heaviness, crisp fruit carried by fine acidity, a long, saline finish, ending on grapefruit and a peppery spice.

Mango, orange rind, pineapple, and green apples form the core of the wine. Racy, with a focus on its fresh, citrus nature, and round textures from start to finish, this will be a pleasure to enjoy on release, and for at least a decade or more after that. A luxurious, vanilla-scented, well-balanced nose with notes of wax and gentle citrus. On the palate, the acidity, unfolding notes of lemon ice cream and pastry cream, balances with a saline texture, almost iodized on the finish.

The nose offers beautiful fruit concentration and maturity. It delivers aromas of ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit, lime), juicy, tangy stone fruits (white peach, apricot), as well as green plum, green apple, an expressive floral bouquet (acacia, honeysuckle, linden), a toasted, lactic hint and vanilla. The palate is precise, linear and zesty. We find the pleasant bitterness of grapefruit and lime, the chiseled character of green apple, gooseberry and green plum, softened by toasted notes, fresh hazelnut and a delicate lactic touch. Good length, accuracy and tension. The acidity is mouthwatering and refreshing.

A bit shy aromatically. Gorgeous lemon and creamy mango and pineapple on the palate. Assured and nicely textured with weight as well as acidity. A touch viscous and silky while having a lifted frame overall. Mouthwatering with nuances of orange zest, lemon juice, creamy vanilla and pear. Good quality - I like the structure.

Appealingly ripe and luscious fruit, apricot, citrus blossom, slate texture, no need to wait but it will age, great length on the finish, sage and lemongrass, great quality. Harvest 4 to 19 September. 41 hl/ha. 12 months of ageing in barrels and amphoras.

The bouquet of Pape Clément unfolds with subtlety and depth. It shows a wealth of nuances and reveals new ones with aeration. Notes of mandarin zest mingle with hints of lime, biscuit and anise. With fine density, the wine benefits from the freshness of its structure, which brings salinity and character… and in this case, that bodes very well indeed! A fresh, sapid and promising wine.

Pale yellow color with green highlights. An intense, refined, fruity and subtle nose. A complex touch of raspberry and white fruits. Supple on the attack, fragrant on the mid-palate, with a graceful feel; the wine melts on the palate, juicy, flavorful and long. A return of the aromatic nuances described on the nose. Very good. Blend: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 43% Sémillon, 7% Sauvignon Gris. Alcohol: 12.5% (no chaptalization thanks to the clay) – pH: 3.15. Yield: 37 hl/ha.
