The estate

Established in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe in the Southern Rhône Valley, the Domaine de la Mordorée now thrives across 42 hectares spread over eight communes. Under the direction of Madeleine and Ambre Delorme since 2015, the estate produces wines under six renowned appellations: Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône, Condrieu and Vin de France. Certified organic since 2013 and biodynamic since 2020, the estate is distinguished by its poetic nomenclature inspired by the woodcock.

The vineyard

Tableau de Terroir "Les Sables" is a vin de France from a sandy terroir farmed according to organic principles and Demeter-certified biodynamics.

Vinification and aging

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, with meticulous sorting of the grapes. The vinification of the Tableau de terroir « Les Sables » Clairette 2024 follows an organic approach. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo direct pressing with temperature control.
