The estate
Founded in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe, Domaine de la Mordorée is among the benchmark estates of the Southern Rhône Valley. Based in Tavel, the vineyard spans eight communes and several renowned appellations such as Tavel, Lirac, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône, and Condrieu. Since 2015, Madeleine Delorme and her daughter Ambre have carried on the family legacy. Certified organic since 2013 and converted to biodynamic farming in 2020, the estate stands out for its cuvées with poetic names.
The vineyard
Tableau de Terroir "Les Sables" is a red Vin de France from vines grown on sandy soils, giving the wine its finesse and distinctive character. Vineyard management follows the principles of organic farming and Demeter biodynamics, ensuring an environmentally respectful approach.
