Made from 100% Roussanne and aged in third- and fourth-fill barrels, the 2023 Saint-Péray Roussanne shows a more exotic, tropical profile of ripe melon, papaya, honeysuckle, and floral notes. Playing in the medium to full-bodied end of the spectrum, it's nicely balanced, with a rich, layered mouthfeel and a great finish. This textured, impressive Roussanne is geared for the dinner table and should have 5-7 years of prime drinking, probably longer. Drink 2025-2037.
