Nicolas Greinacher

Mixing 65% Marsanne with 35% Roussanne, the 2023 Saint-Péray Version offers dried honeysuckle, apple skin and lemon peel. Peach adds more nuance. Medium-scaled but leaning generous, the 2023 hits the palate with ample concentration and drive, concluding with a hint of wet stone on the subtly phenolic finish.
