(organic) The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is intense and perfumed: it opens with notes of lemon zest, crushed grapefruit, and yellow peach. Then come floral aromas (acacia, apple blossom), a chalky mineral backbone, and a tangy touch of green apple and lime. The palate is savory, fresh, tangy, and slightly bitter. The attack delivers a zesty frame of lemon, gooseberry, and a pleasant grapefruit bitterness. Mid-palate, the wine shows gourmand flavors of yellow peach and apricot while remaining lively and tangy. You also sense floral notes of acacia and apple blossom, along with a chalky mineral touch.

White peach skin and nectarine form the core aromas of this bottling accented by honeydew melon and orange zest. Soft in texture with a healthy streak of acidity, the wine reveals a touch of lemon blossom on the finish that hearkens back to the complexity on the fore-palate. Pair with smoked salmon, Nasi Lemak and branzino.
