La Chablisienne : Chablis Village "La Sereine" 2022

White peaches, almonds, lemons and seashells on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied, mineral and lightly chalky palate. Cool finish. Drink now.

The 2022 Chablis La Sereine has a touch of chalk dust on the nose, but it feels a little dilute compared to its peers. The palate is slightly tropical on the entry, with mango and light pineapple notes, low acidity, and (again) a relatively flat finish. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
