Tasted from a 10-cl tube sample. The samples were prepared for Tiny Wine using Coravin’s Vinitas technology system for filling single-tube samples without any oxygen ingress. 70% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne. Aged in a mix of concrete eggs, stainless-steel and barrels. Certified organic. Tree-blossom spiciness on the nose. Sour-cream richness and tang, overlaid green apple and citron and sweet bay leaf. Persistent, thanks to an interlace of racy focus and finely structured acidity, but also bold central fruit. (TC)
