Taylor's : 10 Year Old Tawny

105 g/L RS, 4.5 g/L TA. Cinnamon, wood spice, leather and tobacco. Scented and ripe with a core of caramelised fruit. Very good, long nutty length. (RH)

Very light color with ruby reflections at the brick‑red rim. Open, slightly oxidative bouquet, bay leaf spice note, a hint of curry. On the palate, slender profile, slight bitterness in the extract, pleasantly finishing.
