The lemon-yellow colored 2023 VV Weissburgunder is intense and spicy on the nose that represents the Mosel remarkably well. Elegant and fresh on the palate, this is a round, juicy, slightly creamy and well-balanced Pinot Blanc with fine, saline acidity. It's very charming and a lovely first entry to the Mosel's small non-Riesling world. 12% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted in September 2024.
