An original, refreshing wine by Xavier Vignon

The estate

Founded in 1999, the Xavier Vignon House has established itself as an essential benchmark in the Southern Rhône Valley. Xavier Vignon, oenologist and owner, brings together three areas of expertise: advising estates, wine trading, and production across 30 hectares. His signature lies in the art of refined blending, incorporating multiple origins through a rigorous approach. His innovative winemaking techniques define this House, which spans several Rhône appellations.

The vineyard

This Vin de France comes from a selection of several high-altitude plots, mainly around the Dentelles de Montmirail. These outstanding terroirs benefit from climatic conditions suited to crafting fresh, aromatic wines.

Winemaking and aging

Winemaking for LOW begins with a cold soak lasting several days, gently extracting aromas and color. Fermentation takes place in the liquid phase to preserve freshness and fruit. Aging is intentionally brief, lasting several months in concrete tanks.

Grape varieties

Grenache, cinsault, viognier and muscat petits grains.
