An intriguing bouquet of fresh green pear, white peach, acacia honey, and pulverized stone fills the glass. The palate leans more earthy, led by notes of freshly plucked white mushroom, underripe peach, and a finish reminiscent of wet, salt-covered river rocks. This wine should pair beautifully with well-seasoned tempura vegetables.

I like the minerality here with notes of sea shells, green apples, a touch of white pepper and pears. It’s medium-bodied with a creamy, sleek and fresh palate. Lovely, refreshing, stony finish. Drink or hold.
