The estate
Founded in 1998 by Hervé Bizeul, a former sommelier named France’s Best Young Sommelier, the Domaine du Clos des Fées now covers around 40 hectares in Roussillon. The vineyard
Located in Vingrau, between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, the vineyard benefits from an outstanding terroir classified as IGP Côtes Catalanes. The vines thrive on clay-limestone soils, in an environment of garrigue and rocky outcrops, ideal for producing distinctive white wines.
