A restrained wine that’s subtle on the nose, with citrus, lemon zest, lemon oil, chalk and a hint of fresh red apples. Medium- to full-bodied with crisp acidity, fine pinprick bubbles that are tingling and persistent, and a silky finish with tense, chalky flavors. One of the freshest 100% meuniers I’ve ever tasted.
