A graceful Champagne that offers a generous range of creamed white cherry and ripe green apple fruit set in an elegant, finely knit frame of vivid citrusy acidity and satiny texture, with notes of marzipan, lemon curd, minerally smoke and saline. Shows a sense of delicacy that belies the rich expression, opening beautifully on the palate and in the glass. Disgorged October 2022. Drink now through 2035. 2,200 cases made, 150 cases imported.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend easily in this rich, wood-fermented Champagne. It has ripe flavors, crisp apples still working their magic into a mature, lightly toasty wine. Drink now.

The 2015 Champagne Cuvée Paradis Brut is ripe and inviting, with aromas toasted brioche, marzipan, and peach. Dry concentration fills the mid-palate with Mirabel plum skin, grapefruit pith, and chalky persistence, and it is lifted and bright on the finish. Drink 2024-2042.

A bright nose of lemon tart, perfectly ripe fruit, fresh bread crumb and white lily, then on the palate notes of juicy, crisp pear, with a pronounced acidity that cuts through a certain opulence and lifts the whole, leading into a finish that remains discreet.
