The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a pretty, relatively large-scaled Blanc de Blancs with excellent richness in its fruit and a warm, inviting personality that flows through to the textured, generous finish. Medium bright yellow gold. Fruity notes of white peach and white tropical fruit with a touch of cookie, some acacia blossom. Medium mousse with sweet, well-balanced acidity and minerality on the palate. Good length with a delicate herbal finish.

An expressive palette with fresh notes of hazelnut, dried fruits and citrus. The whole is precise.
