2011 Pauillac 1er Cru Classe, Bordeaux.
The Chateau Lafite-Rothschild wine comes from an exceptional terroir. This legendary wine is considered as one of the best Pauillac and even as the very first wine! This 2011 is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot.
The wine reveals a deep and strong purple colour and a dense nose marked by red and black berries as well as boxwood aromas, and underlined by spicy notes. The 2011 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild is characterised by a great density. The finish is rather complex.
