The 2021 Monopole Clásico is 100% Viura from Villalba, Rioja Alta. This aged in barrels under flor. Subtle chamomile and dried fruit aromas lead into green apple and floral scents. It's bright and dry in the mouth with a medium body, good acidity and low glycerin. This is a Viura full of character and precision.
