Billaud-Simon : Chablis Village 2021

Much more concentration than Billaud-Simon's Petit Chablis. Mineral notes on the palate add an extra dimension to the apple fruit character, cut with bright lemon citrus acidity. With some white flower notes on the nose, this is a classy example of AP Chablis which will benefit from a further six months in bottle.
