More power and tension than in the Charmes-Chambertin, with tannins still a bit earthy and rough, but with an evident sense of terroir and great aging potential.

Elegant, refined nose. It shows pure, precise fruit and the solidity of the Clos, with a lovely backbone. Abundant tannins give it excellent ageing and development potential. Do not approach it for at least ten years.
