Medium-deep ruby in the glass. Subdued nose with lactic and yeasty hints over a core of dark fruit. On the palate, it’s fresh and refined, with polished, precise tannins lending a gentle structure. Not highly concentrated, but balanced and elegant, with a clean finish and moderate length.

49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Cask sample. Bright red fruit with an almost citrus edge. Light to medium weight. Tannins finely honed. Fresh and digestible on the finish. (JL)

On the floral side with black raspberries and red plums at its core, the wine is medium-bodied, bright, peppery, and fresh, with touches of thyme and mint in the juicy, crisp finish. The wine blends 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 46% Merlot, and 6% Petit Verdot, 13% ABV. Drink from 2027-2038. 90-92 Pts
