Together the excellent concentration, ample fine-grained tannins and bright acidity make a bold statement on the medium-bodied palate. Needs some aeration for the spice, licorice and sour cherry aromas to open up. Very structured yet silky finish that's long and fresh. Needs some time to give its best. From biodynamically grown grapes. About 20% whole cluster. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
