Mingling aromas of licorice, black cherry and plum, redcurrant, garrigue and discreet hints of leather, the 2019 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Trois Sources is full-bodied and spicy, wrapped in a firm tannic structure and concluding with good persistence on the complex finish.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Delicate herbal spice, some clove and wild blackberries, fresh cherries, tobacco and nougat. Juicy and sweet, ripe plums and figs, well-integrated tannins, chocolaty, fine dried-fruit touch on the mineral-salty finish, very seductive.
