Domaine Guffens-Heynen : Pouilly-Fuissé Village "C.C." 2023

The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé C.C. comes from two lieux-dits and is only free-run juice. This offers crushed stone, Anjou pear and light marine notes on the nose that gradually unfurl with air. The palate is very well balanced, full of tension and precision. There is just a subtle reduction on the finish, but it feels long and tender. One of the more sophisticated wines from Guffens.
