From its creation, L 'Obedience was produced to be enjoyed as an aged wine. Inviting savory aromas of summer meadow blossom and grass open on the nose followed by toasted apple slice and a forest-floor-sodden layer of dried hay. Mouthwatering acidity opens on the palate followed by zested lemon peel and chalk. You can confidently drink now, but you will be rewarded for cellaring and enjoying 2028 onwards.

This rich white delivers peach, lime blossom, lemon and stone aromas and flavors. Shows intensity and depth yet remains open and mouthwatering on the lingering, spicy aftertaste. A ripe expression. Drink now through 2032. 200 cases made, 40 cases imported.
