James Suckling

Hints of ripe and bright aromas of strawberries and cherries. Floral and very pretty. Full-bodied and compact with lovely fruit. Vertical and structured. Better after 2022.

Bettane+Desseauve

Noble, floral aroma, somewhere between elderflower and dog rose; aristocratic texture, restrained tannins; thankfully no caricature of new oak for nouveau-riche hipsters; long, subtle, an underrated benchmark for this illustrious grand cru.

Bruce Sanderson

Fine purity accents the cherry, strawberry, cinnamon and toast aromas and flavors. Concentrated and fluid, with a supple texture and intensity that builds to a lingering finish. Terrific length. Best from 2023 through 2038. 50 cases imported.
