Reserved and elegant, this red reveals cherry, black currant, violet and mineral flavors allied to a refined structure. Remains consistent and long, with a chocolate accent gracing the aftertaste. Best from 2025 through 2038. 480 cases made, 100 cases imported.

This shows notes of rose hips, wild strawberries, violets, white ash and button mushrooms. Cool and earthy on the palate, with a medium body and an attractive tannin grip without being too firm. Drink from 2024.
