80% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne. Aged in stainless-steel and concrete tanks, and casks. The Marsanne is apparent with a broad fruit profile and a zesty, tangy finish. Aromatically apple and baked apple. More a food wine than an aperitif. (JL)
