The Brut Majeur is the best ambassor for the style of the Champagne House Ayala. This champagne is based on freshness and elegance with a low dosage and a 3 year ageing in a cellar. On the nose, it opens up on citrus, white flower and fresh juicy fruit notes. On the palate, the Brut Majeur is balanced: it combines freshness and vinosity. The finish is precise and fruity with a nice lingering.
