Bread dough, beeswax, grapefruit and pomelo on the nose, with some salted nuts and preserved lemons. Intensely yeasty, with a lightly oily texture. Characterful. From organically grown grapes. Dosage 3 g/L. Disgorged in June 2021. Drink now.
