Falstaff

Light golden yellow in colour. Brioche on the nose, with some nougat, lemony and iodized nuances, and some ripe apple. Rather light-footed on the palate with a fine mousse, lemony acidity and the right dosage. Finishes long with notes of pastry and baked apple.
