2012 Corton Grand Cru (Pinot Noir)
The very elegant 2012 Corton Grand Cru Marechaudes from Chandon de Briailles can be tasted while young, and usually carries height to fifteen years of keep. Freshness on the palate brings a feminine quality that is ratified by the Burgundy’s smooth and sweet structure. The Marechaudes vintage is produced from a 0.40 hectares (0.98 acres) Pinot Noir parcel. The plot is located in the Corton AOC, below Bressandes and next to Vergennes.
