As usual, quiet, a little shy; you search and you find: lemon zest, bitter orange, pine resin, wet stone; straight and focused on the palate, delicate fruit, building tension, showing opulence and outstanding acidity that counters the sweetness; a finish of excellent length, with citrus echoes and a saline touch. Excellent this year!

Pale yellow with a shimmering glow, this wine captivates with a highly floral nose, weaving delicate threads of pear, zesty citrus, and the telltale roasted nuances of Botrytis. On the palate, it unfurls with vibrant energy, marrying juicy mango and pineapple with a taut, mineral-driven core, typical of Barsac. 135g/l residual sugar.

Butterscotch, ginger snaps, pineapples, candied orange and zesty lemons fill the nose. The palate is fresh and lively, with a focus on its core of sweet yellow citrus and juicy pineapples. The wine blends 99% Semillon with 1% Sauvignon Blanc, and a drizzle of Muscadelle. Drink from 2027-2045. 93-95 Pts

A basket of exotic fruit opens on the nose, with Victoria pineapple, mango and passion fruit. Candied orange peel, dried apricot and honeyed flowers add an extra layer of indulgence to a sublime bouquet: pure, complex, delicious. On the palate, candied orange returns, joined by dried mango, saffron, candied ginger and roasted pineapple. The texture is rich, unctuous and generous, yet retains freshness. A hint of chamomile on the long, flavorful finish completes the delight.

Hints of limestone and earthy notes with celery, complemented by nougat, fresh pineapple, a touch of fresh mango as well, and white flowers. Saline and smooth on the Palate, the wine impresses with freshness coupled with sweetness. It is precise, vigorous, elegant and supported by an acidity that is both structuring and incisive. What subtle, incisive, charming striking power… an ode to the terroir!

Delivers texture and flesh, love the aromatics that are sweet without being heavy, this has restraint and carefully-measured fleshy fruits, nectarine, pineapple, white peaches, lime zest, gunsmoke, perfectly-judged acidities. Golden yellow colour with green highlights. Intense, fruity nose, subtle and with a vanilla touch. Delicate on entry, supple through the mid-palate with a melting texture, the wine finishes flavoursome and refined, with a good length. Very good. Blend: 98.9% Sémillon, 1% Sauvignon Blanc, 0.1% Muscadelle. Alcohol: 13% - pH: 3.61. Residual sugar: 135 g/L. Yield: 10 hL/ha.
