The wine shows a pale ruby color. The nose is fragrant and indulgent, revealing fleshy red and black fruit notes (wild strawberry, bigarreau cherry, morello, wild blackberry, red currant) along with herbal touches (wild mint, rosemary), spices (licorice stick, a hint of vanilla, cumin), floral tones (peony, lily), and a touch of balsamic. On the palate, it first displays savory notes (roast meat, smoky) and spices (licorice, white pepper, nutmeg), combined with red and black fruits (roasted red cherry, red currant, strawberry, morello cherry) and flowers (dried peony, cornflower).
