There are plenty of lemon, peach and toasty oak flavors up front in this round white. The vibrant acidity kicks in midpalate, driving the long, citrus-, butterscotch- and pastry-tinged finish. Drink now through 2028. 140 cases made, 35 cases imported.

This has all the grace and finesse we expect of the wines from the top sites of Puligy-Montrachet, but it also has a serious structure of fine tannins. This has impressive concentration, but is much less creamy than most wines of this category, and that gives the finish a wonderful straightness and purity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Limited production. Matured in a combination of used barriques and one new 500-liter barrel. Drink or hold.
