A pale rosé, with juicy acidity. The soft, creamy mousse carries flavors of macerated apricot, grapefruit peel, lemon thyme and oyster shell. Disgorged March 2023. Drink now. 1,500 cases made, 250 cases imported.

Raspberries, redcurrant, quince and lemon peel with fresh dough notes. The palate offers great balance, acidity and a lively mousse with refreshing brightness. Vivid acidity, white stone fruit and a long, zesty red-fruited finish.

The NV Extra Brut Rosé Première Cuvée is laced with hints of grapefruit, citrus peel, rose petal and dried flowers. Like all Paillard Champagnes, the Rosé Première Cuvée is very bright, but it also has enough mid-palate pliancy to balance things out. The creamy, resonant finish is quite attractive. Brilliant light salmon pink colour. The nose has intense scents of candied orange, wild strawberry, biscuit and a touch of rose petal. On the palate it is juicy and saline, with a delicate mousse. Well-balanced acidity and delicate notes of grapefruit and cassis contribute to a sense of fullness. Long lasting.

The NV Champagne Première Cuvée Extra Brut Rosé has a salmon/pink hue and jumps from the glass with a floral perfume in its aromas of salted grapefruit, rose water, strawberries, and green melon. Compact and medium-bodied, it offers a good deal of intensity and power through the palate, with a spritely mousse and a citrus-driven, mouthwatering finish.
