Displays assertive flavors of baking spices, ginger and red berries, with a citruslike acidity and firm, tactile finish. This is on the lean side, yet it's intense and detailed, featuring a smoky finish. Drink now through 2013. 100 cases imported.

Raspberries, redcurrant, quince and lemon peel with fresh dough notes. The palate offers great balance, acidity and a lively mousse with refreshing brightness. Vivid acidity, white stone fruit and a long, zesty red-fruited finish.

Pale salmon skin color. Very expressive, musky aromas of red berries, orange peel, cinnamon and minerals. Offers lovely intensity and depth of red berry, Asian spice and toast flavors. Harmonious, ripe and fairly dry. Finishes with very good length.

Brilliant light salmon pink colour. The nose has intense scents of candied orange, wild strawberry, biscuit and a touch of rose petal. On the palate it is juicy and saline, with a delicate mousse. Well-balanced acidity and delicate notes of grapefruit and cassis contribute to a sense of fullness. Long lasting.

The NV Champagne Première Cuvée Extra Brut Rosé has a salmon/pink hue and jumps from the glass with a floral perfume in its aromas of salted grapefruit, rose water, strawberries, and green melon. Compact and medium-bodied, it offers a good deal of intensity and power through the palate, with a spritely mousse and a citrus-driven, mouthwatering finish. This highly versatile rosé is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Drink 2024–2030. Disgorged in March 2023.

This handsome rosé opens with full strawberry, floral and hay aromas, and even a decidedly Pinot gamy hint. The palate shows very good depth of tart cherry and baked-goods flavors and a fine mousse-soft, rich and creamy texture. Closes with more berry fruit, a cinnamon note and light tannins.

Higher proportion of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 3 years on the lees. Dosage: 5.5 g/l. Crisp red-berry fruit, citrus, butter and floral tones, full on the palate with well-supported freshness and juicy berry character.
