Antonio Galloni

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a pure Chardonnay harvested in the Sézannais. The supple nose brings lemon, wet clay and smooth creamy polenta. The gentle mousse dissipates quickly but presents a smooth, balanced, creamy wine that will also do well at the table. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. (Lot L88/521 211123 2324) - Anne Krebiehl MW
