This reliable Champagne house produces a good non-vintage Rosé Brut, and this moderately pink-tinged example reveals aromas and flavors of sweet strawberries, bread dough, red currants, and a hint of lavender. Red berry and flower aromas with citrus and dough notes. Mature fruit is enhanced by lovely acidity and toasted creamy apple and raspberry fruit, resulting in a structured, vinous and serious Champagne.

A fruity and open rosé Champagne with notes of red apples, raspberries, brioche and honey. Touch of balsamic. Medium-bodied, with soft bubbles and a broad, inviting array of red berry fruit. Nicely dry and fresh at the end. 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, based on the 2016 harvest with 8% reserve wines, with 8% red wine. Disgorged October 2022. 8 g/L dosage. Drink now.

Pale copper-orange color. Highly perfumed aromas of strawberry jam, maple syrup and flowers. Ripe, rich, dense and full but also nicely focused, with enticing sweet fruit flavors and excellent vinosity. Much more forward today than the ’88 Celebris; drink this over the next five or six years while waiting for that bottling to round out and harmonize.

Composed of 48% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot, and the rest Meunier, with 2019 as its base, the bright pale salmon-colored NV Champagne Grand Brut Rosé is fresh and fruity on the nose, with notes of peach candies, fresh strawberries, white flowers, grapefruit, and wet stone. Spritely and medium-bodied, it’s fully dry and zippy on the palate, with a pillowing mousse, a much more citrus-inflected profile, and a clean, bright finish. Mouthwatering, with a powerful edge that implies some ageability, it’s going to offer a good deal of enjoyment over the coming 7-8 years. Disgorged in Spring 2023.

Light coral in color, Gosset’s Grand Rosé Brut NV is crisp and distinct with bright citrus, raspberry and wet stone aromas leading into a honed, medium-bodied palate shaped by brisk acidity, red berry fruit and minerality. A blend of 55% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir and 8% of still Pinot Noir that undergoes no-malolactic fermentation, it is aged a minimum of four years and finished with an eight gram per liter dosage.

With a salmon hue, this rosé captures the incisive character of Chardonnays and the fruity structure of Pinot Noirs; the red wines of Bouzy and Ambonnay delicately imbue it with blackcurrant bud, raspberry candy, and black cherry notes. Subtle scents of black truffle and licorice clearly steer it toward fine gastronomy. The palate is inviting, finely chiseled by a lively tang, and unfolds into a finish marked by pleasant bitters. Ideal from the aperitif through to fresh red berries for dessert.

A copper-tinged pink hue with orange highlights. The nose is subtle, featuring macerated raspberry and cherry, along with notes of candied orange and pink grapefruit, plus a floral hint. The palate shows a delicate texture, good breadth, persistent length, and a distinguished fruity retro-olfaction.

A perfect salmon shade, with scents of peaches, cherries and toast. It hits the palate with big, ripe, fresh fruit: crisp apples, peaches, cherries and citrus. Concentrated and full, with a tart, fresh back end that lingers into a cherry-vanilla finish.
