Dark fruit, cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco, violets on the nose; a straightforward, demanding palate with noticeable structure, pronounced tannins and acidity, the fruit is currently somewhat in the background, but this should settle with maturation, aromatically long-lasting. High quality.

Chocolate, black cherries, licorice, espresso, and flowers create the perfume. On the palate, the wine is soft, vibrant, round, and supple, with plums and cocoa that resonate from the mid-palate through to the finish. The wine blends 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. 13.5% ABV. Drink from 2027-2040. 90-92 Pts
