Decanter

Wool, waxy lemons, some peach skin and lots of florality. Crystalline and pure with a soft waxy element, really fine and gentle on the palate with some cool creaminess. Delicate taste of citrus, some white peach and a touch of pear. A little quiet at the moment, more mineral-focused with a hint of orange and mango but definitely more cool than fruity. Nice weight and great drinkability. Aged 12% in new barrels, the rest from one-wine barrels for nine months. Represents 22% of the production of dry wines. 3.25 pH.

An excellent white showing depth and complexity. Aromas of cream, minerals, fine spices and fresh fruit salad with a touch of wasabi. Medium- to full-bodied with bright flavors and a long, compact finish. Drinkable now, but better in two to three years.

White flowers, green apples, pears, pineapples, and white peaches show all over the nose. Fruity and juicy, the wine leaves you with fresh pineapples and white peaches. The wine blends 56% Semillon with 44% Sauvignon Blanc. Drink from 2027-2033. 92-92 Pts

Yves Beck

Nuances of stone fruit and mint in the bouquet of Vieilles Vignes, which stands out for its complexity and freshness. Well supported by its structure, the wine is mouth-watering, lively and thirst-quenching. A wine with both muscle and finesse, ready to be enjoyed already in its youth.

Bitter fennel, toasted almond and citrus peel on the opening, good depths, well structed, with white pear flesh and oyster shell salinity on the finish. Will benefit from a few years in bottle to emphasise the subtle complexities. 3.79 TA. 3.25 pH. 12% new oak. Old vines of 55 to 60 years old, fermented in oak in different sizes of barrels. 20% of overall production of dry whites.
